Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Due to various changes in global policies, I am currently unable to ship to the EU and other areas at the current time. I apologise for any disappointment caused!

All domestic parcels (UK) will be sent 2nd Class for free with Royal Mail unless otherwise specified.

All international packages will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. I am not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may occur from importing my products.

Shipping is calculated by weight, and any overages will be refunded to your original payment method where possible after shipping.


Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges of personalised goods or digital items. All other purchases made at Magpie Die can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. To start your return, please contact me (either through the Contact form on my website or via email at magpiedie@outlook.com) with your order number and reason for return.

If the reason for the return is damage during posting or a seller error, I will cover the cost of the postage. If the return is due to customer error or otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for postage costs. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item, or the item will be exchanged/replaced if the customer would prefer.
