I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery either by direct message or via email at magpiedie@outlook.com.
Dispatch items back to me within 30 days of delivery.
To cancel an order please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
If your order has already been shipped you will not be refunded the postage costs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value- unless damage is the reason stated for the return
